Gym

Marian College Kuttikkanam offers a state-of-the-art gymnasium spanning 6,000 square feet, established with a ₹1.5 crore investment under the RUSA project. The facility houses over thirty machines, including treadmills, various bicycles, spin bikes, gym balls, and aerobic steppers, catering to diverse fitness routines. It also provides equipment for powerlifting, weightlifting, and bodybuilding, such as different types of dumbbells, weight plates, and lifting bars. Separate modern shower and changing rooms are available for male and female users. Professional trainers, including Mr. Tony Babu (Mr. Kottayam 2022), are appointed to assist users in achieving their fitness goals. The gym operates from 6 AM to 8 AM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM for students, and from 5:30 PM to 8 PM for staff.

Aerobics

Marian College Kuttikkanam (Autonomous) offers Aerobics and Zumba classes as part of its commitment to student health and wellness. Aerobics involves high-intensity, rhythmic movements that engage large muscle groups, aiming to enhance cardiovascular fitness and overall health. Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves, providing a high-energy, full-body workout that is both engaging and effective for improving cardiovascular fitness. These programs are designed to cater to diverse fitness preferences, ensuring an enjoyable and beneficial experience for all participants.
